In Search Of The Sons Of Barnum
This morning a pilgrimage to Burt Lancaster’s old house in Bel Air revealed a hidden story about his swimming pool. Burt allowed the pool to be used to house two penguins owned by a friend. The pool they lived in was being refurbished and Lancaster offered his own as a temporary sanctuary.
Unfortunately, one of the Penguins escaped and a search was launched. Happily it was found a few hours later in a bakery. My research has uncovered that the publicist Irve Fitchin had kidnapped the penguin in order to get coverage for his client, the bakery owners.
I am trying to find out how Irve knew that the penguins were in Lancaster’s pool.
