From my perspective, we find ourselves in incredibly interesting times for the Harry and Meghan brand

Are we witnessing a precarious stack of dominos ready to topple with their other deals? Meghan may have a bright future as she pursues her lifestyle ambitions, while Harry potentially finds himself becoming the ‘spare’ again. It’s an avenue where Meghan’s talents can truly shine.
What makes them captivating is their ability to generate clickbait and draw attention, but this also limits their control over the narrative. Consequently, the question arises: what role does Harry play? He’s not a style icon like Clooney or Becks; he’s a man of purpose. They must establish their brand identity.
However, I have severe doubts that they will become mere clotheshorses for renowned fashion brands like Dior or Armani. Once one big name fades away, others may follow suit. Does this unravel the entire fabric of their brand and its values? This crisis stems not from their actions but rather from the demise of their most publicized contract. They haven’t had the right team to deliver results.
While it’s impressive to secure a book deal of such magnitude, its success hinges on Harry unearthing more profound and engaging content. They have faced challenges with people distancing themselves and not embracing their endeavours. What will Harry’s forthcoming book offer, considering he has already offered up a huge amount of raw visceral pain? The content will be the ultimate measure of its impact.
Netflix, too, will evaluate the value of their partnership and assess if it’s worth the investment. Harry and Meghan need a team that can deliver for them. Equally important is their ability to navigate the truth and effectively counter the naysayers.
They are confronted with an identity crisis, and the only remedy is to surround themselves with a robust and positive PR team. Harry and Meghan must enlist prominent individuals who can contribute to rebuilding their image.
They should cling to the wisdom I often offer clients. “While ego seeks attention, greatness is achieved through humility and collaboration.” When building a brand, it is crucial to set aside personal ego and prioritize humility and collaboration. True greatness and success in branding come from recognizing the importance of working together with others, valuing their contributions, and focusing on collective effort rather than individual recognition. A brand can thrive and create a lasting impact by embracing humility and fostering a collaborative spirit.
